Man Hit, Killed By Train In Fairfield County, Officials Say

A Connecticut man was killed after being hit by a train in Fairfield County.

The incident place around 5:30 p.m., Wednesday, May 4 in the vicinity of the Cos Cob station.

Killed was Hartford County resident Michael Haden Crouse, age 38, of Newington, said MTA Police Department spokesperson Aaron Donovan.

Trains were delayed for about 50 minutes as investigators worked, officials said.

MTA Police are investigating.
